Becca is a character who appears in Into The Fray by Thunderslate. She is a member of the Howe's Hardware Escapees, along with Vince, Shel, Wyatt, Russell, Miles, Annie and Laura. Her group later joined up with other survivors such as Daniel, Lucia and Sully's Group as time passed.

Character

Becca initially starts with an abrasive attitude, which slowly disintegrates over time as Becca learns to not take things for granted. The adults of the group slowly stop treating her like a child and this alleviates some of the disdain Becca previously had regarding her age.

She slowly comes to value to company of Vince and Annie, who become substitute family figures in her eyes.

Pre-Apocalypse

Becca was born after her sister, Shel. She recalls her family home during a dream and remembers that her father used to cook and that her parents once tried to force her into private schooling.

A few months before the apocalypse Becca's parents were divorced and she lived with her father. At some point a family photo was taken with just the three of them.

Her father was bitten on the hand during the inception of the apocalypse but she escaped with Shel. The divorce combined with the death of her parents left her sour for a long time and she found it hard to adjust to the apocalyptic world that surrounded her, becoming withdrawn and aggressive.

Post-Apocalypse

400 Days

Becca, along with Shel, was at a small camp based around a pit stop, which they left when Shel was told to execute another group member. At some point they met up with Bonnie, Vince, Wyatt and Russell.

Their group was approached by Tavia and they made their way to Carver's settlement. When they arrived they met William Carver. Later they were introduced to Luke and Becca bumped into Nick who was told to apologise by Pete. Later Becca was introduced to Sarah but they didn't hit it off.

Into The Fray

Into The Fray

When the camp was overrun Shel, Becca, Miles and Laura went into the hardware store to rescue Russell from the sick bay, which they succeeded in doing.

She later escaped with Wyatt, Vince, Annie, Shel, Russell, Miles and Laura, the last of whom was killed by an undead Carlos.

Lost In Transit

She later spent time living with the group at Marshall's house. When they investigated an odd thumping noise, Becca followed Shel, Vince and Miles, who went to look. When the secret was exposed the group fled Marshall and got split up, leaving Becca with Shel.

The two sisters were split up and Marshall went after Becca, forcing her onto her back and crawling on top of her. She held him off for a while as he threatened her, then Shel appeared and tried to attack him, causing him to turn and fire his rifle at her, hitting her in the chest.

Becca used the distraction to pull Marshall's gun away from him and shoot him in the chest, pushing him off of her and collapsing to the side. He told Becca they 'could've had fun', and then begged for mercy as she got closer. She repeatedly stamped on his head, crushing his skull and killing him.

Shel provided her with dying words and told her sister not to let her come back as a walker, which Becca heeded.

The Enemy Within

Becca, distraught and weeping, took cover in the truck and found Miles in the morning, who had been stabbed in the arm by Marshall. They bonded over mutual loss and went to find the others.

They were next seen by Vince, who saved them from a walker attack. The three are approached by Ralph who reunites them with Wyatt, Annie and Russell.

A week later the group arrived at the Eastland mall in Indiana. They infiltrate it to search for supplies and Becca goes with Miles and Vince. They retrieve some jackets and some food and then meet up with the group to find them conversing with Daniel and Lucia, who later join the group. Afterwards they take the duo's weapons and keep an eye on them, leaving them open to being held at gunpoint by a bandit. One of the group shoots the bandit against Vince's wishes as it alerts a herd of walkers. The group is split up and Becca escapes with Vince and a panicked Miles.

Blood Runs Cold

After a successful escape the three hide in a shed further up the road for a few days, hoping the others will pass by. Miles warns the other two that walkers are outside the shed and they have no choice but to fight through the herd, causing Becca to be bitten on the side of her right hand. After some discussion, Vince uses his machete which he sterilised with head to cut off the afflicted area.

Later on Wyatt's half of the group finds them and after a brief scare, Lucia manages to get Becca breathing again. Vince carries her as they head north to the Outpost Lucia mentioned, but they are once again held up by a light further up the road. They hide in the bushes and everyone is knocked out.

Becca wakes up to find out they have all been taken hostage by Ivan, Brandon, Donald and Ethan. Becca's arm is slit three times causing her to writhe in pain and making Miles angier. Throughout the encounter Miles puts on an aggressive tone to divert attention from Daniel, who works on freeing himself.

Becca passes Vince a lighter and faints from blood loss. She escapes from Ivan's group with Vince, Wyatt and Annie.

Nowhere To Run

She wakes up after her wounds have been cauterised and the group head for the Outpost. On the way Annie finds Daniel's hat and the group narrowly avoids Ivan's bandits. They find Daniel and find that his stomach has been haphazardly sewn up from a stomach wound Ivan gave him. They leave to find Lucia, who holds them at gunpoint, until Becca talks her down, relating Lucia's situation to her own with Shel. They go inside to help Daniel and find medical equipment but while they search he passes away. Wyatt is attacked by Daniel's undead corpse and Becca has to put him down to save Wyatt.

They leave Lucia to grieve and encounter a herd, and Becca suggests using Ralph's smoke-screen technique to hide their 'human' smell and pass through the herd undetected by walkers.

They look for Russell, but are unsuccessful in finding him. On their return to the Outpost, Becca and the rest find evidence that Lucia killed some walkers, but was bitten, only to escape and probably die later on.

The group is found by Ivan and his crew and the final battle begins. Becca and Annie take on Brandon. The bandit gives Becca concussion and she cannot get up while he attacks Annie. Becca falls into a trance and, blinded by rage and the past, kills Brandon and saves Annie, accidentally referring to her as her 'sister'. They hug it out and leave to find the others.

Into The Fray: Season Two

Before the events of Season Two, Vince, Wyatt, Annie and Becca searched numerous settlements in an attempt to find sanctuary, only for the settlements to be full or destroyed.

State Of Decay

Becca is waiting in the truck for Vince and Wyatt. After deciding they're taking too long she ventures into the museum with Annie and they run into walkers. Becca and Annie back up but Vince and Wyatt appear and the former attacks the walkers while the latter helps Annie into the truck. Becca provides cover fire but shoots Vince in the shoulder by accident. They climb in the truck and escape.

The group stops at a gas station to refuel, where they are captured by strangers. The strangers bring them in and one of them goes to get the rest of the group. A man named Sullivan appears, annoyed at what the group leader, Fuad, has done to Vince's group. The other group members, KiffEmily and Mitchell soon show up and the group decides to put the fate of Vince's group and their supplies to a vote.

The group is accepted and Sully tries to help them settle in. The next morning Becca tries to ask Emily whether Vince is okay but she gets no answer. She tries to follow Emily but ends up on the roof where Mitchell is. The two talk for a while until Mitchell spots Vince and Fuad are aiming weapons at each other through his binoculars. Wyatt, Sully, Kiff, Emily, Becca, Mitchell and Annie all run into the woods to see what is going on but they run into walkers on the way. Mitchell ditches the group and they have to fight their way through.

Cloak And Dagger

Becca fights her way out of the herd with the rest of the group. The group recover while Sully searches for Mitchell. The group goes inside the convenience store and sees it is a mess. Sully blames it on Fuad and the two get in an argument, where Sully crosses the line and blames the death of Fuad's family on the man.

Vince, Becca, Emily, Mitchell and Annie calm Sully down after the fight while Kiff and Wyatt talk to Fuad. Vince suggests that seeing as Sully's group can no longer stay at the gas station they should come to Fort Recovery with Becca, Wyatt, Annie and himself.

Annie's sleeping is interrupted the night before they leave. Fuad leaves some paper on a table and leaves, stealing the truck. Sully punches some glass and damages his fist in rage, causing Emily to ask Annie for help.

The morning after the group spots a school bus on the road which crashed at the inception of the apocalypse. They briefly look inside but the sight is horrible, prompting them to move on.

They find the truck but it's out of gas and Fuad has not left the keys behind. They decide to leave the vehicle as it has no use, to Wyatt's dismay. The group stops to rest in a park and Vince goes searching for supplies, bumping into a man named Bennett. After a cautious start, the duo talk. Bennett gives Vince some supplies and Vince invites him to join the group.

Bennett informs the group that Fort Recovery is no more and they opt to continue on in search of Fuad.

Annie and Em talk briefly and Sully tells the former that she reminds him of someone who used to be in his group. Vince tells the group that he has spotted a person or a walker which he believes to be Fuad.

Wyatt, Vince and Sully check it out. Sully advances on the figure and says it's fine, but Fuad grabs him around the neck and holds him at gunpoint. After some confusion Vince works out Fuad was bitten and that he doesn't want to die. Vince tells him he can put him out of his misery as it's his only option and Fuad agrees, only refrain from giving Vince the gun. Instead, he thanks the group for giving him courage and he kills himself.

Later Bennett sets up a fire in a nearby warehouse and the group rests. Sully, Vince and Wyatt discuss Fuad's death and Annie shows them a piece of paper. Wyatt doesn't read it and gives it to Vince, who works out that it is a note Fuad left before dying. It tells them that he was bitten before he left, prompting him to steal the truck in an effort to distance himself from the group before he turned.

In the morning three strangers named Silas, Hector and Sonja ride horses towards Vince and his group, swiftly taking out the walkers in the area. When they are safe, Silas proposes that the group comes to his settlement, Sanctum. Sully, Mitchell, Emily and Kiff agree immediately, but Bennett refuses and goes his own way. After giving the idea a lot of thought, Vince, Becca, Annie and Wyatt also agree to go on their own terms.

No Way Out

Becca heads to Sanctum with Vince, Wyatt, Annie, Sully, Emily, Kiff and Mitchell under the guidance of Silas. She is later assigned work fixing the perimeter with Vince.

During her induction meeting with Sanctum's leader, Director Adelaide Shaw, Becca is drugged and extracted to the hospital sector of Sanctum. She wakes up, however, and manages to attempt an escape with Vince, Annie, Wyatt, Emily and Kiff. They are caught by Shaw and the other Sanctum members who restrain her but she tells Kiff to make sure Annie gets out. Kiff attempts and succeeds, but is executed by Silas briefly after.

Playing With Fire

Wyatt and Becca argue about Annie's fate, presuming her dead, and the prisoners introduce themselves; ex-members of Howe's, Lowell and Tyler, and a stranger, Tessa. Sully and Mitchell are also pushed into the cell, Sanctum fearing that they may also attempt escape.

Hearing no news of Annie, Becca waits and Silas appears for inspection, followed by Hector. Once the man is finished the two guards leave but Hector returns soon after with promise of escape, revealing that he is in fact not mute, and has hated Sanctum for a long time. He tells them that Annie is alive, with a woman, and provides information that only Annie could know as proof.

During the escape Hector murders a doctor named Harold, and the group loots Sanctum's stockroom. Becca grabs her old things - finding a family photo she didn't realise she had - and they all run for a farmhouse a mile or so away. Sonja, catches up to them as walkers breach the compound but Hector holds her off. Tyler, Lowell and Tessa are already gone by the time Vince, Wyatt and Becca are set to leave but they hold off their escape when they see walkers grappling Sully, Emily and Mitchell as Sonja prepares to fire again.

Sully and Emily drop to the ground as the gunfire starts and Mitchell deals with his walker. Once she is certain those three are safe, Becca makes a run for it and soon arrives at the farmhouse with Vince and Wyatt. Hector is already there, and Annie is reunited with her friends. Her female companion is revealed to be their old friend, Bonnie, who did not recognise Annie from Howe's.

Tyler, Tessa and Lowell emerge, as do Sully, Mitchell and Emily. Vince informs the group that Mitchell was bitten but Hector cuts him off with a radio transmission from Silas, who declares that Sanctum is coming for them.

Rest In Peace

Becca and the rest of the group decide to leave and search for the Eastland Mall in Indiana where they can set up a base. After stopping in a town to search for supplies, the group crosses a bridge and scales a hill, surrounded by woodland. Tyler and Hector get into a fight thanks to their differing ideas, and Bonnie resorts to shooting one of them. Before she can do so, Wyatt pushes the butt of her gun up and the bullets fly harmlessly into the air, but not before they have alerted many walkers from the trees. Vince tells everyone to run while he covers them with Hector's help.

Becca, Bonnie, Wyatt and Annie make it back to the town, and Bonnie says it's all her fault. She reveals that she was one of the conspirators behind the herd attacking Howes and Becca flips out, blaming the woman for Shel's death. When Vince, Sully, Emily, Lowell and Tessa arrive, Wyatt informs them.

The group find their way to a rooftop back in the small town from earlier and stop to rest and recuperate. Vince and Wyatt spot movement in an alleyway and find Tyler, who escaped on his own. Once the group is all together and Bonnie is awake they all set off to find their destination again, but are held up when all surviving members of Sanctum trap them and demand they give themselves to science so they can find a cure.

The group retaliates and induces battle. Becca flees for safety and does not immediately partake in the fight, but eventually shoots at Sonja, her bullet blasting off the woman's fingers.

She retreats downstairs and finds Lowell and Tessa, the latter of whom was shot in the torso by Silas. Lowell begs for help but Becca decides she can do nothing, stabbing Tessa in the head to prevent reanimation. Lowell flips out and slaps the teenager, then leaps out of a window desperate to avenge his friend.

Becca then runs into Sully and Emily who say they need help. Two Sanctum Members are shooting at them, but the enemies are unaware that walkers are behind them. The three of them hold their foes off until Curtis is bit by a walker. Becca, Sully and Emily run but the remaining enemy shoots Sully's thigh and retreats. Unable to run, Sully begs that they leave him behind so that they can be safe but Emily cannot follow such orders. Instead she passes her weapon to Becca, tells her to run and remains behind, claiming that life without Sully isn't worth living. The two of them kiss and Becca smiles, making sure she remembers them that way rather than being torn apart.

She flees and runs into an alleyway but is shocked to find Silas. The man shoves her back into the street and onto her knees, planning to execute her. He holds a gun to the back of her head and gloats about his victory, giving her time to think. She jerks her head to the right so that Silas loses balance and his bullet flies harmlessly into the asphalt ahead of her. She makes a break for it and finds her way out of the town, hopefully losing Silas, but as she stops to rest she hears walkers in the woods, all around her, and prepares to run once more.

Into The Fray: Season Three

Don't Look Back

Day 970

The third of the five protagonists of Season 3 is revealed to be Becca. Her story picks up right where it left off as she flees walkers and potentially Silas, then finds sanctuary in a small shed and falls asleep.

Day 971

The next morning she struggles to get up, a sharp pain running down her side, but she eventually finds the farmhouse she and her group had camped in the day before, hoping someone is there to help her. She finds nobody, and resigns herself to the fact she is well and truly alone.

Day 1071

Becca ponders over the fate of her group and how she's managed to survive alone for so long, then goes on a journey to scour a house for supplies. She comes across a large bounty and excitedly makes her way back to the trailer where she's made her base.

After she counts her supplies Becca takes a rest and dreams of a terrifying and surreal series of events where a dark being enters her trailer and talks to her about finishing something. Following the talk Becca tries to escape the being but it quickly ends her life, driving a long blade through her chest and allows her to die.

Becca wakes up in a cold sweat and decides to journey on.

Day 1072

During a walk through the forest, Becca hears several men yelling that they're going to get somebody. Realising the supplies she found earlier may have been stolen from a group of bandits Becca hides, but sees three men cornering a different teenager in a clearing. Once she catches onto their intentions with their prey, Becca cannot help but step in to help, threatening to kill the bandits if they don't leave the girl alone.

One of the bandits growls at Becca but she only takes a step forward, stabbing the bandit, who was wrestling the other teenager, in the throat. Enraged, the knife bandit tries to avenge his friend by attacking Becca with his knife. The two of them engage in some dodging and parrying until the bandit succeeds in slitting Becca's arm, but the teenager still gets the upper hand and stabs him in the stomach. As he bleeds out she stabs him in the head to prevent reanimation. Becca looks to the jacket bandit and he runs away, opting to save his own skin rather than avenge his friends.

Though she shows some emotion for the girl she has saved, Becca is quick to leave her behind, determined not to be slowed down on her quest to the Eastland Mall. The girl says Becca cannot leave her as she does not know where her family or camp is. Eventually she relents, realising she can't get rid of the girl, and allows her to bandage the knife wound on her right arm. She asks her new friend's name, which is revealed to be 'Natalia', then decides that it's too long and therefore stupid, and chooses to nickname the girl 'Talia'.

Becca and Natalia eventually come across the latter's camp, but no one is there. They discuss what to do next and Becca eventually allows Natalia to come with her to the mall, leaving behind a message that will guide the family to their destination so they can reunite with Natalia. Both teenagers are reluctant but it is the safest way.

As it turns to evening a storm begins and the two teenagers try to shield themselves from the rain as they reach a lakeside resort. Natalia spots a child looking out of a window, and believing he is her younger brother she runs to the house he is residing in and tries to get inside, dragging Becca along with her. A stranger opens the door and after some convincing she lets the teenagers inside so they can spend the night there, under the condition that she can lock them in a room overnight so they can't attack her or her son. She introduces herself as Deborah. The two teenagers follow her upstairs and she shows her a room where they can sleep, locking the door behind them.

The two teenagers discuss matters in the bedroom until someone unlocks the door. Assuming it was a trap Becca prepares to attack but Deborah's son Max is revealed on the other side. He was curious about then newcomers and stole the key from his mother while she slept. He is welcomed by Natalia but makes the mistake of insulting Annie when she comes up in conversation, causing Becca to retaliate. Natalia advises that Max leaves and Becca claims the only bed in the room for herself, leaving Natalia to sleep sitting against the wall. Becca listens as Natalia hums to herself then succumbs to sobbing, Max presumably reminding her of her younger brother and how he may be dead.

Day 1073

Becca wakes up and goes downstairs where Natalia and Max are eating. She apologises to Natalia about how she acted the night before and Deborah comes into the room. She tells them of a settlement known as the Ohio Border Checkpoint which keeps track of all those who pass through. She provides them with directions and the two teenagers leave with high hopes.

After a lengthy conversation about times that passed long ago, the two teenagers spy the checkpoint in a clearing. Jackson reveals himself to Becca and Natalia who are approaching the Ohio Border Checkpoint. He explains some of the workings to the teenagers and then introduces them to his sister, Cass. From there Cass takes the lead, noting the girls' names and the direction they are headed in a register of sorts. Jackson guides them through to the main hall but a stranger bumps into Natalia and knocks her over. As they help her up Becca tells them to watch where they're going but reels back in shock and fear when she recognises who it is.

Never Let Go

Day 1073

She tells the person she thought they had died, but the man laughs it off and embraces the teenager, telling her that Benjamin Sullivan doesn't die so easily. The man takes Becca and Natalia through into a larger hall where Emily, another old friend, is present.

The four of them sit down and talk about how they survive; Emily explains they managed to hide in a car while the herd was distracted by gunfire and the woman who shot Sully. Emily tended to Sully's wounds as best she could and stopped the blood flow for the most part, but he was incredibly weak by the time the herd passed over. They found a house and tended to his wounds further but he was on the brink of death, barely surviving through it. After he had healed - albeit with a permanent limp - they found their way to the Ohio Border Checkpoint.

Sully guides Becca over to his bed, leaving Natalia with Em, and shows her a guitar that he found during a supply run. He recalls how he told Becca he would teach her to play it left-handed and makes good on his promise, all the while explaining that his relationship with Emily is more of a burden than a blessing because one of them will eventually die, leaving the other ultimately alone in the world.

Day 1074

Becca is woken up by Natalia. They go outside and check on the progress of a car that Jackson, Sully and Emily are fixing. Natalia gives Cass a list of her family and group members, then Emily tells them to get their things so they can leave. Emily decides to drive as Sully's leg is still injured. The car takes a few tries to start but the group drives off, headed for Evansville, leaving the Checkpoint, Jackson and Cass behind.

Becca wakes up to Sully and Emily arguing, finding out the car has run out of gas 20 miles from the mall. Sully wants to make it there that day but Emily says it's too dark and they should camp in a nearby house. Siding with Emily, Becca scouts a house with the woman and they succeed in killing a walker.

In the master bedroom Emily sees a corpse that clearly committed suicide and expresses to Becca that it reminds her of what happened to her uncle Kiff. Becca reassures her ally but Emily lets Becca know how insecure she truly is. Becca attempts to inspire the woman, and Emily says they should get the other two so they can camp for the night.

Day 1075

Becca arrives at the Eastland Mall at midday along with Sully, Emily and Natalia. They presumably run into Lyle who tells them to hold up, and Vince and Maya arrive to deal with the newcomers. Vince almost breaks down and heads back inside, returning with Annie.

Shocked and elated, Annie grips onto Becca, then spies Sully, Emily and Natalia. Maya radios Lyle and says it's safe and that the new arrivals are people of Vince's. All of the group walk into the mall and introduce themselves.

Vince breaks the news about Wyatt, Lucia and Donald to Becca, who reacts less emotionally than anyone expects. While Vince shows Sully, Emily and Natalia around the place Annie drags Becca up to her room and shows her all the things she has collected; Mitchell's binoculars, Becca's old jacket, Wyatt's glasses and a note from her father which she begs Becca not to read.

The child shows Becca some drawings she has made and then rests her head on the teenager's lap, exhausted. Becca swears that they'll never be split up again and Annie feels like she can stop surviving and start living.

Unto The Breach

Day 1082

Becca visits the sick bay in the mall and reunites with Lucia. The two of them briefly exchange stories and Lucia examines Becca's various wounds. She exclaims that her months-old amputation is doing well, but she has to clean the knife wound the teen got while fighting off bandits. While doing so Becca seethes with pain, but Lucia tells her it has to be done. Afterwards she binds the wound with clean bandages and tells Becca to go on her way, but if Natalia has any issues or Becca experiences any problems with 'personal hygiene' it would be best for her to come to the nurse. Becca thanks her awkwardly, then leaves.

Day 1087

After a major delay, Maya finally catches up to Becca. The two of them briefly talk about jobs until Becca says she needs to talk to Natalia and asks if she can pass Annie over to the woman. Maya agrees and takes Annie with her to check the mall's inventory.

Becca finds Natalia asleep and wakes her up, informing her that if she has any issues with what the bandits almost did to her, she can talk to Lucia about it. Natalia thanks her, then admits that she doesn't think her family will ever arrive. She says that she's not sure how long she can carry on without them and that not everyone can be as strong as Becca.

Day 1095

Annie and Becca watch Lyle and Anders prepare to go on what seems like a supply run. Natalia approaches the two children and suggests that they should ask what the two adults are doing, and it is revealed they are searching for Bonnie. The two men say it would help if they checked on Sully and let everyone know they were leaving for a while. Lyle says Gary and Donald will take his place on the roof for the time being.

As the three children turn to head to the sick bay and find Sully, Annie admires Natalia's sword. The fourteen-year-old tells her she found it with two of her brothers and - once Becca asks - it is revealed that she has no less than four brothers, plus one sister.

At the sick bay Sully is shown to be conscious, but has a nasty bruise on the back of his head. Emily is with him, and Lucia is observing. Annie shows disdain once she finds out Sully got drunk and Emily insists it won't happen again. Lucia says they need to check on Sully's leg and it would be appreciated if someone told Vince what was going on. Sully makes a joke about romance and Lucia is saddened by it, remembering Daniel. Becca reassures her and the three children leave the nurse to tend to Sully's leg. Annie looks over her shoulder and makes a vow to keep an eye on the man.

In Cold Blood

Day 1097

Vince, Annie, Becca and Gary are hiding on the bridge connecting two sides of the mall. They listen to Silas's demands and attempt to make plans. Vince offers to sacrifice himself while Becca and Annie escape, but no one agrees. Gary says that Silas's group is the one that attacked his own and mentions there is a sixth member of the Foragers (Rook, who is dead) and is probably sneaking around outside.

Silas taunts the community, then tells Jethro to grab another hostage. The man darts up the escalator, barely missing Vince's group's hiding spot, but he retrieves Cole. Cole's mother protests but Jethro slaps her and knocks her over.

Silas decides that enough time has been wasted and says the Foragers will return. If the mall gives him what he wants, he will return the hostages. If not, he'll kill them. To prove he is a man of his word, he executes Lyle.

The group recovers from the death of Lyle. Vince asks whether they should have surrendered, but Becca disagrees. Sully asks how Silas knew they were at the mall, and Emily claims it was purely down to luck. They all go down the escalator and spy Lyle's corpse, while Maya reveals herself and blames them for his death, saying that she would have willingly turned them over if not for Becca and Annie being mentioned too.

Lucia appears and asks what's going on. Maya mentions bandits chasing Vince, which leads the nurse to think that Ivan is still alive and following them all, but Vince tells her Ivan is dead and this is someone else. Maya says they need to bury Lyle, then decide whether Vince's group still has a place in the mall, but Donald shows up, explaining that Silas won't believe them if he comes back and they tell him Vince and co have left. Evacuating the entire settlement is proposed but no one is willing to leave the hostages behind. Donald says they'd stand a better chance with Vince's group staying at the mall if things get ugly, so they should stay, and Lucia vouches for Emily by saying her first aid skills are valuable.

Lucia tells Vince that he needs to dig Lyle a grave first thing in the morning, and Becca leads Annie back to their room.

Killed Victims

This list shows the victims Becca has killed:

Relationships

Shel

Despite their differences, Shel and Becca were close sisters. Shel was almost hell-bent on protecting her sister. Becca cried for an entire, sleepless night after Shel's death.

Miles

Miles and Becca bond after they both lose people who are important to them. They become good friends.

Annie

After Shel's death, Becca and Annie show little sign of interaction, though once the group reaches the mall Becca finds herself interested in the younger girl. Later on she instructs Annie on what to do while they're held hostage by Ivan and in return Annie inspires Becca to get up the next day when she collapses and can go no further. After this they bond a lot more, discussing certain things such as Annie needing a haircut, and they decide to "become" friends.

Later on, during the final battle with Ivan's group, Becca volunteers to take Annie to safety, but they are followed by Brandon. She and Annie fend the bandit off together until Becca is hit with the stock of the man's rifle. She eventually finds her feet and sees Annie pinned down before brutally defending the child by slitting Brandon's throat. The two then embrace each other and they form an unbreakable bond.

Vince

Becca and Vince did not talk much, but during the escape from the settlement, Becca saves Vince from a zombified Troy. After Shel is killed, Vince and Becca bond a lot more. They become good friends and Vince begins to trust Becca with more responsibility. Vince later repays his debt to Becca, saving her life by cutting off half of her bitten hand. He is later seen carrying the girl while she is unconscious and trying to help her when she is being tortured by Ivan.

Wyatt

Wyatt and Becca have not communicated with each other a lot; their feelings towards each other are neutral but Wyatt cares about Becca somewhat.

Russell

Becca and Russell share a neutral relationship, though he comes with her and feels responsible when she wanders off.

Marshall

Marshall is kind towards Becca and provides her with sanctuary but chases her in a blind rage when the group discovers his secret. He corners her and seems to intend on raping or murdering her until Shel appears and distracts him. He shoots Shel and Becca lashes out, shooting him in the gut with his own weapon. As he lies dying, he maintains his belief that they 'could have had fun', before begging for mercy as she ends his life.

Daniel

Daniel has rarely spoken with Becca. He hung back when Lucia was operating on her hand.

Lucia

Lucia operates on Becca and performs CPR when she is unconscious. It is assumed she cares about her a lot.

Ivan

"You interest me, kiddo. You're hiding something, and it ain't your hand. You're not just missing half your hand, there; you're missing a person, too, aren't you? I said people like you always come in sets of two, and you lost your other half."

-Ivan to Becca

Becca's steely personality intrigued Ivan. She apologises to him about the death of David which takes him by surprise and causes him to hesitate from torturing her. He returns the apology when it becomes 'her turn' to be tormented.

Trivia

  • Becca is the most tortured character in Into The Fray Season 1, though the constant blows have caused her to change for the better and seize hold of the people close to her before they are taken from her.
  • Becca has retained a scar on her cheek which she initially procured when running from Marshall. A tree branch scraped her face and slit her cheek open. She also has a smaller scar above her right eyebrow where shit was hit with the stock of Brandon's rifle.
    • Becca is the first character in Into The Fray to actively murder another character, not counting Marshall shooting Shel, as the latter died after Becca killed Marshall.
  • She is the first character in Into The Fray to survive a bite at the present time. Robbie is mentioned to have survived a bite but that is 'off-screen' and in the past. Lucia also survives a bite later on, but again it is 'off-screen'.
